Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a booking with The Picnic Studio but may be held responsible for any rental and service fees as follows: a. If booking is cancelled 4 weeks before the event date, The Picnic Studio will make a full refund of any hire fees paid minus the 30% deposit paid; b. Bookings cancelled 1 – 3 weeks before the event date will forfeit 50% of the total hire fee; c. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the event date will forfeit 100% of the total hire fee.
